In light of last December and January's Enchante Christmas Musicale in Enchanted Kingdom, there will be a sort of "Extension" for the said show. But instead of doing it "Christmas style", they'll do it "Summer style" this time! Rita will be starring in a Summer Show in Enchanted Kingdom. The title of the show and the schedules will be posted soon so be sure to keep tuned in :)

Rita, together with Pocholo and Vanessa attended the birthday party of Renzo's younger brother, Zoren. At last! The kids got reunited again! {ps} Julie Anne couldn't make it because she had to go to her rehearsal :) Credits go to kuya Fred, kuya Vin and tita Liz
Rita will be included in the independent film, "Astig (Mga Batang Kalye)", written by Gerry Garacio and directed by GB Sampedro, although I don't know yet the character that Rita will be playing. All that is known is this film has been rumored as the best written material for 2009's Cinemalaya. Read the articles here:

The movie is billed Astig, Mga Batang Kalye and an entry to the Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival this year. “We are excited with this project because Cinemalaya festival committee coordinator Robbie Tan told us that Astig is the best written material for the Cinemalaya this year. We have gathered the best people to work on this project,” says Noel. Astig will also get a little help from friends like Boy So of La Carmela de Boracay. Noel is the producer of indie films Daybreak, Imoral and Adela. "
Astig was included in the Cinemalaya Foundation's top 10 official finalists in the full-length feature category of the Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival and Competition 2009. Astig will receive an initial seed investment na P500,000 from Econolink Investments. So for those who can watch, the Cinemalaya will be held at the Cultural Center of the Philippines on July 2009. I will just announce the exact date later. Goodluck to Rita and many more projects to come!
